Accessibility
We want to make Spree Wales as accessible as we reasonably can, and encourage groups to tell us about any additional needs in advance.
Accessible toilets are available on site, with tarmac paths between the camping fields and accessible facilities where available.
Additional needs
Additional needs can be shared through the consent process when booking. Support is usually provided through the young person’s own group leaders, alongside reasonable adjustments that Spree Wales is able to make.
Carers and support workers can attend for free where needed and where appropriate arrangements have been made.
Requests for additional adjustments should be submitted by 18th June 2027.
Sanctuary
Sanctuary provides a quieter space during the weekend and also offers alternative sessions during Fusion and The Shack for children and young people who would benefit from a calmer, more accessible setting.
Before the weekend
If a child or young person has specific access or support requirements, these should be shared as early as possible so the team can consider what arrangements can be made.
Spree Wales may not be able to accommodate every request, but our team will work with groups to understand what support may be possible.
