Keeping everyone safe is our number one priority.
Spree Wales is a partnership, led by Rumney Chapel and run with the help of a number of other organisations and denominations.
It is run under the insurance and policies of Rumney Chapel – a registered charity – which includes the safeguarding policy. Due to the number of different groups on site and the different Safeguarding policies that may be in place for each group we will always follow the Rumney Chapel Safeguarding policy whilst dealing with any incidents which may occur.

The event has an experienced safeguarding team, which includes a safeguarding officer and deputies. Our Safeguarding Lead at Spree Wales 2024 is Korin Jones.
All adults on site will be required to hold an enhanced DBS check within the last 3 years and all of our team members have received Safeguarding training prior to serving on team at Spree.
